Trackon Tracking Status: Know What Each Update Means
Booked, in transit, out for delivery or delivered? Understand your parcel’s journey, recognize common tracking updates, and know what to do when a shipment stops moving.
For current shipment information, enter your AWB number in the tracking tool. The visualization here is an example, not a live shipment.
In Transit
Your parcel is moving through the courier network.
From Booking to Delivery
A typical courier journey includes these milestones. Your actual Trackon tracking history may show different wording, intermediate hubs or additional events.
Shipment Booked
The courier has registered or accepted the consignment for dispatch.
Moving Between Hubs
The parcel is processed and transported through sorting and transit locations. For example, a real Trackon shipment travelled from the Ambala hub to the Guwahati hub and onward toward Bongaigaon, generating a separate scan at each facility — so three or four “in transit” entries for one parcel is completely normal.
Out for Delivery
The parcel has entered the final delivery stage and may be assigned for a delivery attempt.
Delivered or Follow-up
Delivery is recorded, or an exception may require another attempt or clarification.

Trackon Tracking Status Meanings
These are common courier-status categories to help interpret shipment updates; they are not a claim that Trackon uses these exact labels for every parcel.
Booked / Shipment Accepted
The shipment has been registered in the courier system. Its next scan may appear after collection or sorting.
What to do: Allow time for the next scan.In Transit
The parcel is travelling between facilities or undergoing routine network processing.
What to do: Review the latest event and location.Arrived at Hub
The shipment has reached a processing or sorting facility, not necessarily the final delivery office.
What to do: Look for the next departure or arrival update.Out for Delivery
The shipment has progressed to the last-mile delivery stage. A delivery attempt may follow.
What to do: Keep the delivery address and contact details accessible.Delivered
The tracking system indicates completion of delivery. If you have not received it, check with the recipient and courier.
What to do: Verify receipt if needed.Delivery Exception / Attempted
A delivery attempt or operational issue may have interrupted normal progress. The event details matter.
What to do: Check the latest note and contact official support when appropriate.Real Examples From Trackon Tracking Responses
Below are actual event wordings seen in live Trackon tracking results, with plain-English explanations. Your parcel will show its own locations and times.
Your shipment has been registered in the Trackon system at the booking hub. The next scan appears once it moves into the network.
Your parcel is travelling between hubs — here, heading toward the Bongaigaon delivery facility. The destination name changes with your route.
A delivery attempt was paused because the recipient asked for delivery on another day. Trackon will attempt again.
The parcel is with the delivery person and a delivery attempt is expected the same day.
Trackon records the shipment as delivered. If you have not received it, check with family/neighbours and contact official support.
Why a Parcel Can Show Several Transit Scans
One parcel can pass through more than one facility. A new hub scan does not necessarily mean the shipment is delayed or travelling in the wrong direction.
Check the latest available date, time, location and event description together.
Arrival at a sorting hub is a processing milestone, not proof of final delivery.
This page explains terminology; it does not display your shipment’s real-time location.
Trackon Tracking Status Not Updating?
A missing or unchanged update does not always mean the parcel is lost. Try these checks before drawing conclusions.
Check the AWB
Re-enter the consignment number carefully. Find it on the booking receipt or sender confirmation.
Read the Last Scan
Compare the latest date and location with the expected route. Scans may not appear continuously.
Check Again Later
Some movement happens between scans, and updates may be posted after physical processing.
Escalate if Needed
If the delay is significant or the status conflicts with reality, contact Trackon through its official support channels.
One more thing worth knowing: Trackon keeps consignment status available for 75 days from booking. If your AWB is older than that, the system will simply show no result — that does not mean the parcel was never shipped.
Trackon Tracking Status FAQs
What does in transit mean in Trackon tracking?
It generally means a shipment is moving through the courier network or being processed between facilities. The latest event provides the most useful context.
Does out for delivery guarantee delivery today?
No. It signals the final delivery stage, but the actual outcome depends on the route, delivery attempt and local circumstances.
Why has my tracking status not changed?
Scans may be delayed, a parcel may be between facilities, or the tracking system may not yet have a new event. Check again later and contact official support if the delay becomes concerning.
What if tracking says delivered but I have not received the parcel?
Confirm whether someone at the address accepted it, then contact the courier with your AWB number and delivery details.
